At MaleVital, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 60 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

Return requests submitted after 60 calendar days from delivery may not be accepted.

1. RETURN PROCESS

- Your full name;
- Your order number;
- The email address used to place the order;
- The reason for your return request;
- Photos of the item, if the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and a return address. Please do not send any item back without receiving prior approval from our support team.

2. RETURN SHIPPING

Unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returned items must be shipped to the address provided by our support team after approval. Items must be shipped within 14 calendar days after return approval. Items shipped after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

- Unused and in the same condition in which it was received;
- In its original packaging;
- Returned with all included materials, accessories, inserts, and promotional items, if applicable;
- Free from signs of misuse, damage, tampering, or excessive handling.

Items returned damaged, used, opened, missing packaging, or not in acceptable condition may be refused or subject to a partial refund deduction.

4. PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless covered by our Money-Back Guarantee:

- Opened or used supplement bottles;

- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage;
- Products returned without prior approval;
- Final sale, clearance, or promotional items, where clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5. 60-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE

Eligible MaleVital products carry a 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results within 60 days of your delivery date, you may request a full refund of the product purchase price — no questions asked.

To request a refund under this guarantee:

1. Contact us at support@malevitalhq.com within 60 calendar days of your delivery date;
2. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout;
3. Briefly describe your experience with the product;
4. We will review your request and process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

The Money-Back Guarantee applies to:

- First-time purchases of eligible products, per household;
- One guarantee claim per customer.

The Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:

- Fraudulent or false claims;
- Repeated or excessive refund requests;
- Purchases made in violation of these Terms;
- Orders where a chargeback has already been filed for the same transaction.

Under the Money-Back Guarantee, the customer is not required to return the product. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery at support@malevitalhq.com.

Please include:

- Your order number;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Photos of the product;
- Photos of the packaging;
- Photos of the shipping label.

If your claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and product availability.

Claims submitted after 72 hours may be harder to verify and may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

7. MISSING ITEMS

Some orders may ship in separate packages. If you believe an item is missing, please check your tracking information first.

If all packages show as delivered and an item is still missing, contact us at support@malevitalhq.com with your order number and the details of the missing item.

8. REFUNDS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

Once your return is received and inspected, or your Money-Back Guarantee request is approved, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time to appear on your statement.

Shipping fees, handling fees, and other non-product charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

9. ORDER CANCELLATION

If the order has already been processed, packed, shipped, or fulfilled, cancellation may not be possible. In that case, you may request a return or refund under this policy once the order is delivered.

10. SUBSCRIPTION AND RECURRING ORDERS

Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring charges only. It does not automatically cancel, refund, or reverse an order that has already been processed, charged, shipped, or fulfilled.

11. FAIR USE AND ABUSE PREVENTION

We reserve the right to refuse a return, refund, or replacement if we detect abuse of our policies or suspicious activity, including but not limited to:

- Excessive return or refund requests;
- Returning used, empty, damaged, or tampered products;
- Making false claims about delivery, defects, or missing items;
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions or guarantees;
- Chargeback abuse or fraudulent payment disputes;
- Repeated suspicious purchase patterns.

12. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Opening a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting us may delay the resolution process, as some payment providers restrict our ability to issue refunds while a dispute is open.

Fraudulent chargebacks or false claims may result in refusal of future orders and may be reported to the payment provider.
